Example: if the rent is £1000, the management fee will be:-
Month one fee = £644 including VAT
Month two fee and thereafter = £144 including VAT



Let only

Equivalent of one month’s rent INCLUDING VAT – minimum £600 INCLUDING VAT plus referencing fee of £295 INCLUDING VAT.

Example: If the rent is £1000 the let only fee will be £1295 INCLUDING VAT.
