Month one fee = £565.00 including VAT
Month Two fee and thereafter = £90.00 including VAT
Full Management
9.6% INCLUDING VAT of rental plus £180
INCLUDING VAT set up fee and a referencing fee of
£295 INCLUDING VAT. Inventory is optional
Example: if the rent is £1000, the management fee will be:-
Month one fee = £571 including VAT
Month two fee and thereafter = £ 96 including VAT
